The product took 2.5 hours to install and worked first time. I'd have no hesitation in recomending this alarm system to freinds, etc. Easy to install, very neat as there are no wires and it looks the business!!
PS. I got an extra remore control unit for my wife so we don't have to use the keyboard however our kids or guests can still gain entry using the keyboard.
PS. The kit came with a DVD that was useful to watch before installing just to make sure you have understood everything...

A truely great product for basic home security protection. Package includes a step by step installation and set up guide enableing anybody the cofidence to install this product themselves.
I would recommend this system for the following reasons:-
1) No messy wires to chase in.

Found the alarm easy to install and ideal for our needs. No wiring to bother about and the remote control is easy to attach to house keys-so setting and unsetting while outside the house could not be easier. The DVD explained everything and the instruction booklet was straightforward. Good value for money.
Terific value in every way! very clear insructions and a video to explain all! simple easy instructions step by step. a good basic alarm system.

Easy to install, good instructions and effective. The SA2 is a great product for anyone who is looking for a single zone alarm without having those ugly wires and holes in walls.
My only wish for this system would be a timed entry / exit tone to say that you have the 15seconds to get out or disarm the alarm.
